💛 SALE & OPEN BASKET TERMS
Once an item has been paid for, that specific piece belongs to you and will be safely stored here at Starshine Minerals.
Paid Celebration Sale/Open Basket items cannot simply be swapped for another piece, transferred to another customer or converted into basket/store credit because of a change of mind.
As with all natural mineral specimens, your pieces may feature natural variations, inclusions, fissures, matrix, uneven areas or other characteristics associated with their natural formation.
Your order may be marked as fulfilled within Shopify once payment has been received. This is for order-management purposes and does not mean your physical basket has been dispatched.
While your paid pieces remain in the care of Starshine Minerals, they will be stored safely. If anything is lost or damaged while being stored here prior to dispatch, Starshine Minerals will take responsibility and arrange an appropriate resolution with you.
