1. Natural Materials & Appearance

All items sold by Starshine Minerals are natural mineral specimens unless clearly stated otherwise. Crystals and

minerals may include natural inclusions, fissures, uneven surfaces, internal veils, colour zoning, or natural

damage. These are part of natural formation and not flaws. Colour and appearance may vary due to lighting and

screen settings.

2. UV Reactivity & Special Properties

UV fluorescence, phosphorescence, or other optical effects may vary depending on wavelength, torch strength,

and ambient lighting. Absence of afterglow is not considered a defect unless explicitly stated.

3. Identification & Descriptions

All identifications are made to the best of my knowledge and experience. No laboratory testing is carried out

unless stated. Mineral identification may be based on visual characteristics and locality information. Human error

is possible and minor discrepancies do not constitute misrepresentation.

4. Measurements & Weight

All measurements and weights are approximate and minor variations are acceptable.

5. Stands & Display Accessories

Display stands are not included unless explicitly stated. Any stands shown in photos are for display purposes only.

6. Pricing & Value

Prices reflect specimen quality, size, rarity, locality, visual impact, and special features. Values are subjective and

market-based and may change over time.

7. Shipping & Packaging

Items are carefully packed according to fragility. Natural minerals remain vulnerable to transit vibration.

Responsibility transfers to the courier once dispatched.

8. Damage in Transit

Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the item and packaging. Minor

chips or residue consistent with natural fragility are not automatically considered damage.

9. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only where an item is significantly misdescribed. Natural variation or change of mind is not

grounds for return. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.

10. One-of-a-Kind Items

Most items are unique natural specimens and cannot be replaced once sold.

11. Contingency & Fair Resolution

Any issues will be handled fairly and reasonably. Please contact me directly before leaving feedback so a

resolution can be attempted.
