Our sale payment options allow customers to either pay for their sale claims in full, or pay a minimum of 30% on the day, with the entire remaining balance due no later than 3 September 2026.

All sale deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, subject to your statutory consumer rights.

Once payment has been made towards an item, it cannot simply be transferred to another customer, swapped for another piece or converted into basket/store credit because of a change of mind.

Any customer using the 30% payment option must have their outstanding sale balance paid in full by 3 September 2026.

These terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have under UK consumer law.
