Clare Beale Cook’s Live Basket

✨ CLAIRE BEALE-COOK — FINAL STARSHINE MINERALS CELEBRATION SALE SUMMARY ✨

Hi Claire! 💛

It’s finally time to get your beautiful first Starshine Minerals basket closed up and ready to come home! 📦💎✨

I do, unfortunately, need to start with a massive apology. While getting everything organised, I accidentally dropped your Dogtooth Calcite with Pyrite, and absolutely devastatingly, it broke in half. 😭

I am genuinely so gutted and so sorry. Obviously, you will not be charged for this piece at all. The full £22 sale price has been removed from your basket, and the portion of your original 30% payment that had been allocated to it has simply been carried across towards the rest of your balance.

The good news is that I have checked the rest of your specimens and they are all absolutely beautiful and completely fine. 💛

🎁 A LITTLE APOLOGY FROM ME

Because the Dogtooth Calcite was damaged while it was in my care, I also wanted to give you something a little more substantial than our usual parcel freebie to say how sorry I am.

I’ve chosen a lovely:

💎 Needle Quartz with Chlorite — usual price £10.00

🎁 FREE OF CHARGE

I thought this one would fit beautifully with the kind of specimens you chose for your first basket, and I really hope you love it. 💛

So your parcel will contain all five remaining specimens, your display stand, plus your free Needle Quartz with Chlorite.

Again, Claire, I am genuinely so sorry about the Dogtooth Calcite. I know accidents happen, but that doesn’t make me any less gutted when it happens to somebody else’s crystal while it is in my care. 😭

Thank you enormously for your patience and understanding — and especially for making such a gorgeous specimen-heavy selection for your very first Starshine order. 💎✨

Final mineral balance: £48.00
